The characteristic of this tester is that it can adjust the clamping distance, stroke length, and test load to meet various testing specifications. A set of vibrations of the fixture is perpendicular to the specimen fixture applying pressure. The clamping distance is set before sample installation, the travel is reset to zero, and the sample is fixed with a fixture.

The fixture that applies pressure obtains the specified kneading force by using a crank turning vibration fixture. The force applied to the sample can be displayed through standard springs or recommended load sensors. After inputting the required number of cycles into the counting controller, the test begins. After the test is completed, check for visible signs of damage on the sample.
